Do I need to change my existing tools or systems? +
No. We build around what you already use. Whether that is a specific CRM, a booking platform, Google Sheets, or a combination of tools, we map your current workflow and automate inside it. You keep everything your team already knows how to use.
How does the three-week build work? +
Week one is discovery and design. We meet, map your workflow, and get your approval before building anything. Week two is the build: everything is developed inside your own environment connected to your real tools. Week three is testing and go-live. Your team reviews every step with us live, we fine-tune anything that needs adjusting, and by the end of week three you are running autonomously.
What does the monthly fee cover? +
The monthly fee covers maintenance, monitoring, and keeping everything running smoothly. If something breaks or a connected tool updates and causes an issue, we fix it at no extra cost. It also covers small adjustments as your process evolves. New features are priced separately at $100 setup and $25 per month ongoing.
How does adding new features work after deployment? +
Any new feature you want added is $100 to build and connect, plus $25 added to your monthly fee for ongoing maintenance. Every feature is priced the same way so you always know what you are paying before we start.
What does the AI Integrated plan actually do differently? +
The AI Integrated plan adds language intelligence on top of your automation. Instead of just routing and triggering actions, your system can now read, understand, and respond. This includes a 24/7 customer service chat agent, an AI that drafts and triages emails in your voice, smart lead qualification, document summarization, and a custom model trained on your own business data so it responds accurately to your specific customers and situations.
Will my data be shared with third-party services? +
No. Everything is deployed inside your own environment. Your data stays on your hardware or within your private cloud account. It never passes through shared third-party servers and is never used to train external models.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel with 30 days notice. We deliver a full handoff including workflow documentation, credentials, and a maintenance guide so your team can continue running what we built. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in with a contract.
